National Pickling Cucumbers feature a rich green hue, rounded ends, and reach lengths of up to 6 inches. Their thin skins soak up spice flavors, making them perfect for pickling, eating fresh, in salads, or as snacks. These cucumbers offer abundant harvests throughout the season. For best results, pick them at 2–3 inches for gherkins, 4 inches for slices, or 5–6 inches for spears. Additionally, this variety is resistant to scab and cucumber mosaic virus.
