We take great care in sourcing and packaging our seeds, but germination success depends on factors outside our control, including soil quality, climate, watering, and planting conditions. We cannot guarantee germination rates.

3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error. Payment is due at the time of purchase.

4. Order Acceptance We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

5. Shipping We ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays carriers or customs.
